PC-DMIS Software Importing Inventor Files (Step or IGS Files)

Hi,

Whenever I save an .ipt as Step or IGS file and try to import it into Brown & Sharp's PC-DMIS Software, I get an error message saying that it is a Corrupted CAD File. Contacted Brown & Sharp, and they said that the problem is Inventor. Does anybody know how we can get this to work for us, we're using Inventor 7???

Please help.
