Modifications seen to have no effect.

Good evening, it seen that I have a huge problem rigth here.

Now that I'm resuming the work on my webcoming, I been retaken grawlix to start making my page. Yet it seen that no matter what I do to the files, they seen to have no effect. Like many, I'm using the stick figure blank theme to make the page, I added some placeholder images for logo and BG some time ago, now I wanted to play with the files a bit but it seen no matter what I do, they seen to have no effect on the page.

At first I attempted to change the bg in the theme file, but no matter what I do, the page is not reacting at all, at first I though that I was making a mistake uploading the modified theme, but I downloaded the current theme in the host and it's the one I modified, then I even deleted the old bg image I used, but again, it had no effect, the image is not in the files and the page is still using it. I decided to also remove the logo image with is being used by a snippet, again, no effect, the logo is still there.

I'm using filezilla to have acces to my folders, any idea what it may be happening?
