Bilingual CMS?

I am amazed by this CMS. I'd like to continue my comics using it. Previously, I have comic in two languages (English and Chinese) and had to install two same and separate CMS, one for English/another for Chinese. For example, my old webcomics:

http://san.paulguo.com/hanyu/?id=223 (Chinese, noticed Chinese folder)

Is there any way to post bilingual comics from one CMS?
