Hello,
I have just completed a clean install of Windows Vista x64 on the A1650 laptop and it works fine - except for the Launch Manager utility which is used to activate the WLAN.
Currently I can see the WLAN card in device manager (Broadcom 803.11g Network Adapter), however when I press the WLAN button (or Fn + F10) nothing happens. So Windows Vista sees the card (which it says is working correctly) but I can’t physically turn it on!
Does anyone know a work around for this problem? I have already tried running the Launch Manager install in XP compatibility mode, but that did not make any difference.
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
