Strip numbers

Hey guys.
Just a quick question from me, hopefully someone can help...
Is it possible to display the page number, or strip number on page.comic.php
I really just want an identifier for each 'page'. So, each strip has a wee box with the current strip number in.

You know... like the navigation knows that say, 'next' from 112 is 113. I want the current strip number.

I've tried show page ID but that comes up 22 on page 1!
