Using the single page upload tool, I've noticed that if I try to replace an image with a file of the same name (Ex: change the file "Page 13.jpg" to fix a typo and re-upload) it doesn't actually update. I don't think it's a browser caching issue since I'll consistently see the old page published on different computers. Here are the 2 scenarios where I've noticed this problem:
1) upload page > see mistake before publishing > fix mistake > save page > re-upload (see no change in preview thumbnail) > publish page (old page is uploaded)
2) upload page > publish > see mistake > fix mistake > save page > re-upload (see no update in preview thumbnail) > publish page (no change is made to published page)
There are workarounds for this --such as renaming my files before uploading or trying out the FTP option-- but I would really like to have this feature working since I use it a lot.
