Mobile Menu

Hey all,
I have an issue with the menu on mobile devices.
On TheSchlub.com, the menu is not expanded.
On NakedManComics.com, TotallyNakedMan.com, and MiddleAgesComic.com the menus are expanded by default.
Did I do something wrong when I edited themes for these sites?
