Grawlix installed, but "login failed"

Hi, was recently told about Grawlix, so I decided to try it out. I was able to get everything installed thanks to the guides and some info in this forum. The site itself shows up (sethandbuddy.com). However, when I go to log in to the panel, the username and password don't work. I tried resetting my password, but I get no email in my inbox. I saw someone else in the forum had a similar problem, but I didn't see a solution I could try.
