When I was setting up the archive for one of the sites I've been building for a friend, I noticed a small error in the archive page navigation. The "previous page" archive button works fine, but the "next page" button takes me straight to the top of the archive page. I tested the other two subdomains and it does the same thing on both of them.
Additionally, using the multiple-page archive layout for this site, the second-level markers aren't behaving properly. They're on the same level as the top-level Volume markers.

Meanwhile, on one of my own sites, the archive completely disappeared.

It's the only one of my sites experiencing this problem. I changed the themes to see if that was causing the problem, but none of the themes displayed the archive contents right.
