Can't view a static page live until it's been edited, and other 1.3 issues.

Hello,

Just upgraded to v1.3, and noticing some odd behavior around the CMS.

1) When editing a static page, the purple "View live page" button in the upper-right corner of the screen is no longer functioning as expected. Clicking it takes the user to the site root. It will only function as intended if the user first makes an edit to the page and saves it, so that the green "success" message appears at the top.

2) A new content block can't be saved unless a title is entered, but no warning is given before the content entered is wiped during the save attempt. If you try to save a new content block without entering a title, the page refreshes, and your new content is gone. Maybe the page shouldn't allow you to submit without an entered title? This seems odd because you can go back in and delete the title without any ill effects afterwards.

3) The Asterisk theme is referencing a folder that doesn't exist in the "share" and "follow" snippets. The file path is looking for a folder called "asterisk_2"; this was easy to fix in a text editor, but I'm not sure if the theme is affected elsewhere.

4) The updated Indotherm theme seems to be having formatting issues with page width and share icons out of the box. Initially, I uploaded the new Indotherm theme and copied over my customizations (title image, tone file, header and footer snippets, etc.), but the white space around the content seemed a bit "crushed" horizontally. The text formatting down in the share/blog/transcript section was also broken, ignoring the color and size formatting, as well as the sharing service icons not appearing. This occurred with the stock tones in addition to my custom tone. I was able to fix this by deleting the updated Indotherm and reinstalling the one that came with v1.2 (with the pattern updates from v1.3).

5) The Frequency setting in Book View > "Edit comic info" isn't respecting the selection, and resets to "Mon-Wed-Fri" after every save attempt. The "show()" code in the footer snippet also generates a "0" for the day when viewed on a live page, so I've had to remove it from my site for the time being. Any chance these values could be user-editable from the control panel in the future? The provided values don't fit a comic that updates bi-weekly, monthly, or sporadically, for example. I mean, I could just write that info in the footer snippet without the "show()" code, but then why have it?

6) I saw there was already a post about it, but the removal of Markdown pretty much broke my site for a day. I converted everything to HTML to fix this myself, but maybe a control panel ON/OFF toggle would be better? Is there any reason NOT to re-enable Markdown per the instructions here? http://www.getgrawlix.com/forum/discussion/189/markdown-in-1-3#latest

Thanks for all your hard work on this!
