Getting Disqus to work

Hi guys.
Would someone please tell me what I'm supposed to see when i have Disqus properly implemented.
I've only got the panel saying readers comments then under that comments from Disqus.
I'm doing something wrong but I'm not sure what.

My short name is in there...

Any tips?
